CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97- 116
APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER TO SFG CONTRACT
WHEREAS, ►he City has successfully implemented the first phase of a four-phase process to
update core information systems; and
WHEREAS, the key vendor, SFG Technologies, has offered concession that will decrease the
City's risk and protect its cash flow;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, THAT THE Finance & Information Technology
Director is authorized to sign the ]an. 31, 1997 change order to the contract with SFG
Technologies.
Adopted by the City Council on February 19, 1997.
