AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF PARCEL 13-11Vt2-12-0011 TO THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR PUBLIC USE
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has provided the City of Plymouth with a list of
nonconservation properties which have become tax forfeit as a result of nonpayment of
property taxes and/or special assessments; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the City Council Tax Forfeit Lard policy, each parcel
has Wen reviewed by staff; and
WHEREAS, parcel 1? -118-22-12-0011 serves a public purpose by providing land for
drainage control and future wetland mitigation (DNR Wetland 626-W);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesum that it hereby:
1. Approves the classification made by the Hennepin Board of County Commissioners
of parcel 13-118-22-12-0011 as nonconsetvation land.
2. Requests conveyance to the City of Plymouth for the public use of drainage
control and future wetland mitigation (DNR Wetland 626-W).
The City Council certifies that it does not know of any wells located on the property.
