CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97- 107
APPROVING OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
WANDERING SPIRITS, INC.
3435 HIGHWAY 169 NORTH
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale intoxicating liquor license
from Wandering Spirits, Inc., 3435 Highway 169 North; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and funds no reason to deny the
license application.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an
off -sale intoxicating liquor license is hereby approved for Wandering Spirits, Inc., 3435
Highway 169 North, for the period through January 31, 1998.
Approved by the City Council on February 5, 1997.
