SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO.97- 104 AND
RESOLUTION NO. 97--195.--,
VACATING 9''H AVENUE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY AND
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WITHIN
SCHIEBE'S BUSINESS PARK
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of 90 Avenue North right-
of-way and drainage and utility easements in Shiebe's Business Park by Resolution
No. 97- 1oa _ and Resolution No. 97- 105 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be
filed until:
The final plat of Fourth Baptist Church Addition is recorded at
Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on February 5, 1997.
