APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO'S 1 2
PEONY LANE - STREET AND BRIDGE EMPROWAIENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 502
WHEREAS, Change Order No's 1 & 2 have been prepaml providing for the following:
Additional compensation to the contractor for installation of additional storm
sewer, water services, bridge approach panel, conduit system, common
excavation and signal system revisions; and
WHEREAS, this additional work is necessary; and
WHEREAS, Change Order ;Vo. 1 & 2 for Peony Lary - Street and Bridge Improvements,
City Project No. S02, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREB" RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 tit 2 for Peony Lane -
Street and Bridge Improvements, City Project No. 502, by adding $87,002.80 is rpproved:
