PT - 92 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF PART OF OLD COUNTY STATE AID RiGHWAY NUMBER 24 HENNEPIN COUNTY HIGHWAY PLAT NUMBER 4 WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Daniel W. Obermiller of E.G. Rud and Sons, Inc. on behalf of Hans Hagen Homes has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following street right -of -way - County Road Number 24 as platted in Dunkirk Meadows, Hennepin County, Minnesota and Plymouth Meadows, Hennepin County, Minnesota. That part of County Road Number 24 as platted in Hennepin County Highway Plat Number 4, County State Aid Highway Number 24, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying northeasterly of a line described as beginning at the most westerly corner of Outlot J, Seven Ponds Second Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota; thence southwesterly along the southwesterly extension of the northwesterly line of said Outlot J to the northwesterly line of Lot 1, Block 1, Seven Ponds, Hennepin County, Minnesota and said line there terminating. Except that portion platted as Medina Road, Seven Ponds Second Addition, said Med*,.na Road right-of-way being the most southerly platted Medina Road right- of-way on said plat. AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of March 5, 1997 at 7:00 p.m, in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
