HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1997-091CITY OF PLYMOU'T'H RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 91 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF PART OF DUNKIRK LANE RIGHT-OF-WAY SEVEN PONDS 2"D ADDITION, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA DUNKIRK MEADOWS, HENNEPIN COUNTY, riflNNESOTA WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Daniel W. Obermiller of E.G. Rud and Sons, Inc. on behalf of Hans Ha fen Homes has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following street right-of-way. That part of Dunkirk Lane as dedicated on the plat of Seven Ponds V Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and on the plat of Dunkirk Meadows, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying northerly of the southerly line of Lot 1, Block 6, and its easterly extension as platted in Seven Ponds 2' Addition. AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREI-WME, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA. That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of March S, 1997 at 7:00 p.m, in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
