RESOLUTION NO. 97- 89
APPROVING 1997 & 1998 TREE & WOOD HAULING CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the Forestry Division will act on 1997 & 1998 Tree & Wood Hauling Proposal to
be carried out on residential and City owned property; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with City bid, specifications were proposed and distributed and bid
proposals were received and opened on January 20, 1997 and
WHEREAS, the following contractors received bid specifications, and two bids were received
by the City:

AND, WHEREAS, the bid of Coolen Bros. Tree Service is in conformance with City
specifications for Tree & Wood Hauling of residential and City trees and, therefore, Coolen
Bros. Tree Service is declared the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORl3, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, accept the proposal
Coolen Bros. Tree Service in the line item amount of $2,266; and
FURTHER, that &Ws for this proposal are authorized from Amount No. 101-1330-7534.
Adopted by the City Council on Pehruna i, 1997. __
