RESOLUTION 97- 83
Approving Disciplinary Program for the Plymouth Ice Center
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Ice Center Manager has submitted a set of rules and regulations for
the Plymouth ice Center, a Disciplinary Action Program and a Zero Tolerance Program, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation and the Park and Recreation Advisory
Commission have reviewed and approved said policies,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the
Plymouth Ice Center Rules and Regulations for Use, Disciplinary Action Program, and Zero
Tolerance Program are hereby adopted as submitted, until they are reviewed and amended by
Council action at some future time.
