RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 81
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPURT AND
CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEM9:NTS
1997 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 7001
WH UUW, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted August 7, 1996 a report
has been prepared with respect to certain streets in Maintenance Districts 23 and 52
based upon the 1995 Pavement Management Biennial Update; and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvement includes the reconstruction of streets by the
installation of bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, and all
necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report is being received by the Council on February 5, 1997;

1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting and
adjacent property within the designated 1997 Street Reconstruction
Project area for all or a portion of the coat of the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (1Awa 1953,
Chapter 393, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $1,476,890.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the
5th day of March, 1997 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth
City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:00 p.m,, and the Clerk
shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvements as required by law.
Adopted by the City Council on February 5, 1997.
