CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 97 - 77
APPROVING LAND USE GUIDE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR BRW, INC. FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF NORTHWEST BLVD. BETWEEN HIGHWAY 55 AND
CAMPUS DRIVE. (96155)
WHEREAS, BRW, Inc. has requested reclassification of the land use guiding from IP
(Planned Industrial) to C (Commercial) for a 7.86 -acre property located east of Northwest
Blvd. between Highway 55 and Campus Drive; and,
WlHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
BRW, Inc. for reclassification of the land use guiding from IP (Planr!d Industrial) to C
(Commercial) for a 7.86 -acre property located east of Northwest Blvd. bt Lween Highway 55
and Campus Drive.
FURTHER, approval of the Lnd Use Guide Plan Amendment is contingent upon, and subject
to, the required review and response by the Metropolitan Council.
Adopted by the City Council on February 5, 1997.
