APPROVAL OF ON -SALE AND SUNDAY INTOXICATING
LIQUOR, OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR, AND
WINE LICENSES
BE IT RESOLVED that the following licenses are approved for issuance for the period
February 1, 1997, through January 31, 1998, with the following conditions:
1. That the required license fees be paid by January 31. 1997;
2. That proof of worker compensation, general liability, and liquor liability
insurance be provided by January 31, 1997.
