RESOLUTION NO. 97-71
ESTABLISHING A BUSINESS RELATIONS SUBCOMMITTEE
Whereas, Plymouth businesses pay nearly one-half of all property taxes for local
government in Plymouth; and,
Whereas, the City makes numerous decisions every month That impact the business
community including new regulations, development of infrastructure, and n -w
programs and policies; and,
Whereas, the effective communication with and consideration of the interests of the
business community may be beneficial to all taxpayers of the City by helping to
maintain a strong tax base in Plymouth;
Now, thereore, be it resolved by thr. City Council of the City of Plymouth that a
subcommittee of the City Council on business relations he established and that
Comcilmember Councilmember , and Mayor Tierney be appointed to it.
