CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 64
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER
TO SIGN DEEDS RELEASING EASEMVITS WITHIN
WORD OF LIFE ADDITION
AND
WHIURSAS, the owners of Parkwoods Townhomes Addition petitioned for the vacation of
MR easements; and
VMEREAS, a public hearing was held on January 22, 1997 to inform any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of the trail easements; and
WHEREAS, a drainage and utility easeaxnt (sanitary sewer easement) was vacated on
May 21, 1984, Resolution No. 84307; and
WHEREAS, because the property is Torramce, Hennepin County requires that deeds also
be submitted releasing the eaaerne,ts allowing removal from the Cerditte of Title
including the drainage and utility easement vacated in 1984..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, WKNFSOTA: that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to sign the deeds re.1maing the drainage and utility easement, Document No. 905853, trail
easement, Document No. 2689754 , and trail easemeat, Document No. 1618219 W as
recorded in the office of the Register of Title, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Adopted by the City Council on January 22, 1997.
