CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97-60
APPROVING REVISIONS TO THE PERSONNEL POLICY
WHEREAS, changing personnel needs and the introduction of new federal statutes
require that amendments be made to the January 1, 1994 Personnel Policy; and
WHEFEAS, the City Manager has proposed revisions in the substance of the 1994
policy which brings the policy in compliance with applicable statutes; and
WHEREAS, such changes benefit Plymouth employees, supervisors and citizens by
promoting an understanding of the requirements of the personnel system;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does adopt a
revised Personnel Policy dated January 1, 1997 to replace the policy dated January 1,
1994.
Adopted by the City Council on January 22, 1997.
