CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97- 59
PLAYSTRUCTURE REPLACEMENT
WHEREAS, the Park Improvement Fund contains $160,000 for the replacement of two
playstructures in 1997 and
WHEREAS, our Park Replacement Program ; y age calls for the replacem-ant of Imperial Hills
and Circle Park Playstructures and
WHEREAS, based on environmental, material, and safety factors of these two playgrounds it
recommendetd that Imperial Hills and Circle Park Playstructures be replaced.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: authorizes Park Staff to proceed with replacement of
Imperial Hills and Circle Park Playstructures.
Adopted by the City Council on January 22, 1997.
