RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 52
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR PONDING PURPOSES
OUTLOT A, CARLSON CENTER 12TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Linda V. Guinn
on behalf of Carlson Real Estate Company has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of
the following drainage easement for ponding purposes:
The drainage easement for ponding purposes within Oudot A, Carlson Center
12th Addition, according to the plat on file or of record in the office of the
Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in
order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
February 19, 1997 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs
the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on January 22, 1997.
