Resolution No. 97- 49
AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO SOLICIT "REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS" FOR BOND COUNSEL SERVICES
WHEREAS, City staff has prepared the form and content of the "Request for Proposals" for
Bond Counsel services; and
WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed and approves of the form ind content of the
"Request for Proposals" and the plan for interviews of Bond Counsel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is authorized to solicit
"Request for Proposals" for Bond Counsel services and conduct interviews as outlined in the
Finance Director's memo of January 10, 1997.
Adopted by the City Council on January 22, 1997
