CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97- 45
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO LUND-MARTIN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR
CITY CENTER EXPANSION PROJECT NO. 126
WHEREAS, Lund -Martin Construction Company has completed all work detailed in the plans and
specifications for the City Center remodeling project; and
WHEREAS, final payment has been prepared for the City Center Expansion Project No. 126
providing for changes as outlined, and
WHEREAS, the architects have approved final payment, and
WHEREAS, this payment will not impact on the completion schedule;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, bM4NFSOTA, that City Center Expansion Project No. 126 for Lund -
Martin Construction Company is approved in the amount of $21,981.00. The total project
acthorization shall remain at $3,683,644.
