RESOLUTION NO, - 33
REDUCING REQUIRED HNANCIAL GUARANTEE
THE PONDS AT BASS CREEK 2ND ADDITION (95082)
V1WxMRXIAS, in accordance with the development contract dated September 14, 1995, McHunter Co.,
LLC, developer of The Ponds at Bass Creels 2nd Addition (95082j, has agreed to install certain
iml rocements for said development; and
WHEREU., the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below;
and
YAM AS. the developer has requested a reduction of the required financial guarantee to reflect the
complet.-d work;
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT HE MY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CM OF
PLYMOUTH, N KNNESOTA; that the financial guarantee requirements are reduced as follows:
That the required financial guarantee for the above items be reduced as detailed above from $165,335 to
$47,841 to reflect Cie completed work.
