CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97- 31
APPROVING ON -SALE 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSE AND
WINE LICENSE FOR
KIANG'S, INC.
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for on -sale 3.2 malt liquor license and wine
license from Kiang's, Inc., and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificRtea,
and
WHEREAS, an investigation of the applicant by the Plymouth Police Department resulted is
no recommendation for denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted and the City Council finds no reason to deny the
license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an
on -sale 3.2 malt liquor license and wine license is hereby approved for Kiang's, Inc., 187
Cheshire Lane, Suite 100. The on -sale 3.2 malt liquor license is issued for a period through
June 30, 1997. The wine license is issued for a period through January 31, 1998.
Approved by the City Council on January 9, 1997.
