CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97- 29
AWARDING THE CONTRACT TO MSA CONSULTING ENGINEERS FOR
PHASE THREE OF THE SUMP PUMP INSPECTION PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City has received a proposal from MSA Consulting Engineers for
continuation of the Sump Pump Inspection Program for 7,800 properties, and
WHEREAS, this proposal is at the same rates as phase two of the inspection program,
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to enter into a contract for inspection services for the Sump
Pump Inspection Program if phase three is to be completed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is authorized
to enter into a contract with MSA Consulting Engineers in an amount not to exceed
5226,410 in accordance with the specifications of the contract and funding for the
program will be from the Sewer Fund.
Adopted by the City Council on January 8, 1997.
