CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 97- 28
Authorizing Diversified Construction to Provide Winter Condition Work
on Ice Arena Project
WHEREAS, the City Ice Arena Project No. 541 has incurred and will continue to incur winter
condition costs, and
WHEREAS, the most cost effective way for the City to secure this work is through
Diversified Construction,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
Diversified Construction is authorized to provide limited winter condition work up to $25,000
in value.
Adopted by the City Council on January 3. 1997.
