RESOLUTION NO. - 24
APPROVING AGREEMENT
SPRINT SPECTRUM L.P.
WATER TOWER ANTENNAS
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously adopted a policy statement regarding the use
of City owned land for wireless telecommunciation antennas and towers; and
WHEREAS, the City received an application from Sprint Spectrum L.P. to locate antennas
on the Plant, Zachary, and 101 Water Towers; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared by the City Attorney which would allow
Sprint to have the antennas on the City water towers.
NOVA/, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are
authorized to enter into the agreements with Sprint Spectrum, L.P. to locate personal
communication antennas on the Plant, Zachary, and 101 Water Towers.
Adopted by the City Council on January 8, 1997.
