APPROVING CMANGE ORDER NO.1
1996 SEAL COAT PROGRAM
R71BREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared to compensate the contractor for extra
quantities to place the seal coat on various city streets; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the 1996 Seal Coat Program, is recommended for
approval;
NOW, THMWOR$, BE IT NERDY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 for the 1996 Seal Coat
Program, by adding $17,707.25 is approved:
