RESOLUTION NO. 97 -17
ORDERING PUBLIC BEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
SCHIEHE'S BUSINESS PARK
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Dennis Batty on
behalf of the Fourth Baptist Church has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the
following drainage and utility easements:
All of the drainage and utility easements lying within Schiebe's Business Park
according to the recorded plat thereof He.^.nepin County, Minnesota.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in
order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCEL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
February 51 1997 at 7.00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs
the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on January 8, 1997.
