RESOLUTION NO. -16
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
9rm AVENUE NORTH RIGHT -OF- AY IN
SCHIEBE'S BUSINESS PARK
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.951 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Dennis Batty on
behalf of the Fourth Baptist Church has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the
following street right-of-way:
All o: 9' Avenue North as dedicated in Schiebe's Business Park the recorded
plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in
order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
February S, 1997 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs
the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
