CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97- 9
APPROVING MODIFICATIONS TO MILEAGE REIMBURSEMNT POLICY
WHEREAS, the Finance Director has prepared modifications to the mileage reimbursement
policy outlining the guidelines for reimbursement of eligible City expenses; and
WHEREAS, the City Council concurs with the modifications to the policy for the proper
handling of such reimbursements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the modifications in the Mileage
Reimbursement policy attached to the Finance Director's memo dated December 27, 1996 is
hereby approved. This policy is effective January 9, 1997.
Adoptcd by the City Council on January 8, 1997.
