APPROVING MODInCATIONS TO THE TRAVEL POLICY
WHEREAS, the Finance Director has prepared modifications to the Travel policy outlining
the guidelines for reimbursement of eligible City expenses; and
WHEREAS, the City Council concurs with the la+tguage in policy number 1 for the proper
handling of such reimbursements.
NOW, T[HERFXORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the modifications to the Travel policy number
I attached to th.. Finance Director's memo dated December 27, 1996 is hereby approved,

Adopted by the City Council on January 8, 1997.
