CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 96- 722
PROPERTY TAX LEVIES FOR TAXES PAYABLE IN 1997
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the operating budgets for the period
commencing January 1, 1997 and certain monies to finance said Oudgets are required to
be raised from taxes on taxable property in the City of Plymouth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the following sums of money
be raised by tax on taxable property in the City of Plymouth for 1997 as set out in the
approved 1997 City Ludgets are hereby levied:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said proposed tax levy be certified to the
County Auditor of Hennepin County on or before December 25, 1996.
