RESOLUTION NO. 96-719
RESOLUTION REPEALING VARIOUS OBSOLETE
POLICY RESOLUTIONS
WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time adopted resolutions setting policies
and giving staff direction on many matters, including planning issues that were not
adequately addressed by the City's development regulations; and
WHEREAS, a number of these policies are now obsolete because they have been
incorporated into the Zoning Ordinance, included in the Comprehensive Plan, and/or
superseded by other policies or ordinances or the City; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT:'
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the following resolutions are hereby repealed:
