SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE NET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO, 95 - 715 .
VACATING PART OF 45TH AVENUE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY
ADJACENT TO LOT 1, BLOCK 3,
GOLFVIEW ESTATES ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of part of 45'h Avenue
North right-of-way by Resolution No. 96-, 71 r, .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CIT`' OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be
filed until the required drainage and utility easement parallel with the new right-of-
way line is submitted in recordable form.
Adopted by the City Council on December 18, 1996.
