RESOLUTION 9& 713
Approving Change Order No. 1 with Northland Concrete
WHEREAS, the City's construction manager for the ice arena complex has recommended
approving change order no. 1 to Northland Concrete, and
WHEREAS, Northland Concrete has provided service to the City in the amount of $120,999,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
Change Order No. 1, in the amount of $120,999 fur said contract work, is hereby approved.
Adopted by the City Council on December 18, 1996._
