RESOLUTION NO. 96- 710
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO PARSOS CONSTRUCTION INC. FOR COUNCEL
CHAMBERS RENOVATION
WHFZtEAS, final payment has been prepared for the Council Chambers Renovation Project
providing for changes as outlined, and
WHEREAS, the architects have approved final payment, and
WHEREAS, this payment will not impact on the completion schedule;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Council Chambers Renovation Project No. 506 for
Parkos Constriction Inc. is approved in the amount of $9,389.75. The total project authorization
shall remain at $668,000.
