RESOLUTION NO. 96- 708
AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE AND DISCHARGE OF OBLIGATIONS FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF 1MPROVENIMM BY RYAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
OF MINNESOTA, INC. FOR THE ROCKFORD ROAD PLAZA SHOPPING
CENTER
VvHEREAS, the City of Plymouth required Ryan Construction Company of Minnesota, Inc.
to construct various improvements at the Rockford Road Plaza shopping center as security for
the City issuing $1,350,000 of Tax Increment Bonds; and
WHEREAS, Ryan Constructicn Company of Minnesota, Inc. has complied with all of the
obligations under the contract for private development and the City of Plymouth no longer
requires this guarantee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby
authorized to sign the certificate of completion for Ryan Construction Company of Minnesota,
Inc. releasing and discharging them from obligations to construct further improvements at the
Rockford Road Plaza shopping center.
