ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A TRAIL EASEMENT IN
PARK WOODS TOWNHOMES ADDITION
DOCUMENT NUMBER 2689754
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Julie Pritchard
on behalf of Park Woods Townhomes has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the
following trail easement:
Outlot A, PARK WOODS TOWNHOMES
The center line of said easement described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of said Outlot A; thence South 89 degrees,
59 minutes, 58 seconds West, assumed bearing, along the North line of said
Oudot A, a distance of 281.59 feet to the point of beginning of the center line to
be herein described; thence South 2 degrees, 19 minutes, 12 seconds West a
distance of 153.89 feet; thence South 29 degrees, 11 minutes, 59 seconds Wcst a
distance of 75.69 feet; thence South 10 degrees, 53 minutes, 05 seconds East a
distance of 39.22 feet; thence South 26 degrees, 41 minutes 19 seconds West a
distance of 35.68 feet to the South line of said Outlot A and said center line
there terminating.
The sidelines of said easement are prolonged or shortened to terminate on the
North and South lines of said Outlot A.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in
order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
January 22, 1997 at 7:00 p.m, in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs
the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
