RESOLUTION NO. 96- 699
APPROVING INFLOW/INFILTRATION LOAN AGREEMENT WITH
METROPOLITAN COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is conducting a sump pump inspection program, and
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council has awarded the City of Plymouth with a $40,000
loan to be used to offset the cost of the sump pump inspection program, and
WHEREAS, the award of the loan must be accepted by City Council Resolution
approving the loan agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the agreement entitled
"Inflow/Infiltration Control Program Loan Agreement Between The Metropolitan Council
And City Of Plymouth" is hereby approved, and further, that the Finance Director is
authorized to sign said agreement on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council on December 18, 1996.
