RESOLUTION %- 692
REJECTING ACQUISITION OF JOHNSON BROS. OPEN SPACE PARCEL
WHEREAS, the Johnson Bros. Corporation has offered to sell to the City of Plymouth 13.07
acres of wetland property in southeast Plymouth for $150,000, and
WHEREAS, the Council subcommittee has reviewed said offer and for the reasons outlined in
the staff report dated Decmeber 11, 1996, finds this offer unacceptable, and
WHEREAS, the whole Council has reviewed said report of the subcommittee,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that staff
is directed to reject the offer of the Johnson Bros. Corporation for the sale of open space
property for $150,000.
Adopted by the City Council on December 18, 1996.
