RESOLUTION 96- 691
Approving Change Order No. 3 for the Elm Creek Playfleld
WHEREAS, the City's construction manager M.A. Mortenson Co. has recommended that
additional conduit be installed at this time for future telephone service at the Elm Creek
Playrieid, and
WHEREAS, a price has been negotiated with the City's contractor in the amount of $2,398 for
said additional work
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL thst
Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $2,398 is hereby approved.
