APPROVING THE 1997 - 2001 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM (CIP)
FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth develops a Capital Improvements Program which
outlines proposed capital expenditures for city streets, water and sewer systems, and parks;
and
WHEREAS, the proposed Capital Improvement Program for the years 1997 - 2001 has
been reviewed by the Plymouth Planning Commission, following a duly called public
hearing on November 26, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission unanimously recommends that the City Council
approve the 1997 - 2001 Capital Improvements Program;
NOW THEREFORE, BR IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth Minnesota, that the 1997 - 2001 Capital Improvements Program is hereby
approved.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on December 18, 1996
