ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
FART OF EAST STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY IN
PARKERS LAKE GARDENS
NOW CONTAINED WITHIN LOT 1, BLOCK 1
MINNEAPOLIS INDUSTRIAL PARK STH ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Chsrter Section 12.06, Neil Polstein,
representing Annapolis L.L.P. has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following
street right-of-way:
That part of Easst Street as platted in Parkers Lake Gardens which is contained
within Lot 1, Block 1, Minneapolis Industrial Park 5m Addition.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in
order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF 1" `'MOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
January 22, 1997 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400
Plymouth Boulev -rd, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs
the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on December 18, 1996.
