CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. % - 674
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS IN
OUTLOT A PARKERS LAKE CORPORATE CENTER 7"' ADDITION
WHERYAS, a petition was received to vacate drainage and utility easements in Outlot A
Parkers Lake Corporate Center 7' Addition; and
WHEREAS, said petition was signed by a majority of the owners of the land abutting the area
proposed to be vacated; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for December 4,
1996 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks prior
to the meeting of December 4, 1996; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail;
and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on December 4, 1996 to inform any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of drainage and utility easements in Outlot A Parkers
Lake Corporate Center 7h Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for
public purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following drainage and utility easements be
vacated:
The drainage and utility easements within Outlot A, Parkers Lake Corporate
Center 71 Addition, according to the plat on file or of record in the office of the
Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Adopted by the City Council on December 4, 1996.
