CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 96- 673
Approving Basketball Court for Maple Creek Park
WHEREAS, the City Council asked the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission to take a
second look at the basketball court issue in Maple Creek Park, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission discussed this item at their
November 14 meeting, and
WHEREAS, the Commission found unanimously in favor of reinstalling the basketball court,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the
Director of Park and Recreation is instructed to install a basketball court in Maple Creek Park
in the central area of the park in 1997 with the cost to be charged to the park dedication
account 219-219.
Adopted by the City Council on December 4, 1996.
