RESOLUTION % - 672
REDUCING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
PRIM BUILDERS INC./HICKORY HILLS VILLAS (94091)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan that was approved by the City Council on
September 19, 1994 Resolution 94-565; for Prime Builders Inc. developer of Hickory
Hills Villas (94091), who has agreed to install certain site improvements for said
development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a majority of the site improvements except:
Winter survivability of landscaping, and submittal of As -built utility plans to
the Engineering Department.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $17,973.80 reduction of the Letter of Credit which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Hickory Hills Villas to a new financial guarantee total of $14,869.00
Adopted by the City Council on December 04, 1996.
