RESOLUTION % - 670
REDUCING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
CALIBER DEVELOPMENT CORP./NORTHWEST BUSINESS CENTRE (95131)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan that was approved by the City Council on
January 23, 1996, Resolution 96-43; for Caliber Development Corp, the developer of
Northwest Business Centre (95131), who has agreed to install certain site improvements
for said development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a majority of the site improvements except:
Trash disposal Enclosure, Installation or remaining public trail construction,
Installation of remaining sod & seed, Winter survivability of all landscaping installed
and submittal of As -Built utility plans to the Engineering Department.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $7,500.00 reduction of the Letter of Credit which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Northwest Business Centre to a new financial guarantee total of
$11,500.00
