RESOLUTION 96 - 669
REDUCING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
LUNDGREN BROSJPLUM TREE (94162)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the RPUD Final Plan/Plat approved by the City
Council on April, 17, 1996, Resolution 96-233; for Lundgren Bros., the developer of
the Plum Tree subdivision (94162), who has agreed to install certain site improvements
for said development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a majority of the site improvements except:
Installation of sod/seed, Irrigation, Winter survivability of landscaping and
Completion of the swimming pool work.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $219,585.00 reduction of the Letter of Credit which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for the Plum Tree subdivision to a new financial guarantee total of
$51,915.00.
