CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 96-667
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.5 FOR COUNCIL CHAMBERS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 5 has been prepared for the Council Chambers Renovation
Project providing for changes as outlined, and
WHEREAS, these changes are made because of contractor delay;
WHEREAS, these changes will not impact on the completion schedule;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that deduct Change Order No. 5 for the Council
Chamber renovation Project No. 506 for Parkos Construction is approved in the amount of
$(5,521.00) and decrease the total construction costs to $260,694. The total project
authorization shall remain at $668,000.
