RESOLUTION 96.655
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR PIONEER
ENGINEERING FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT LOTS 8, 9, AND 20, BLOCK 2,
ROCKFORD GLEN 31D ADDITION (MPUD 95-1) (96172)
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Pioneer Engineering which requests
approval of a Lot Division/Lot Consolidation to divide and consolidate three parcels of
land located at Rockford Glen 3' Addition, as legally described on Attachment One,
attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for the Lot Division/Lot Consolidation
would revise the three lots, as legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto
and hereby made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the Lot Division/Lot
Consolidation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Lot Division/Lot Consolidation for Lots 8, 9, and 20, Block 2, Rockford Glen 3'
Addition,
Adopted by the City Council on December 4, 1996.

Lot 8 and that part of Lot 20, Block 2, Rockford Glen 3' Addition, Hennepin County,
lying easterly of a line distant 3.00 feet westerly of and parallel with the westerly line
of said Lot 8 and lying between the westerly extension of the northerly and southerly
lines of said Lot 8.
Lot 9 and that part of Lot 2n, Block 2, Rockford Glen 3" Addition, Hennepin County,
lying easterly of a line distant 3.00 feet westerly of and parallel with the westerly line
of said Lot 9 and lying between the westerly extension of the northerly and southerly
lines of said Lot 9.
Lot 20, Block 2, Rockford Glen 3' Addition, Hennepin County, except that part lying
easterly of a line distant 3.00 feet westerly of and parallel with the westerly line of Lot
8, said Block 2, and lying between the westerly extension of the northerly and
southerly lines of Lot 8, said Block 2. Also except that part of Lot 20, Block 2,
Rockford Glen 3' Addition, Hennepin County, lying easterly of a line distant 3.00 feet
westerly of and parallel with the westerly line of Lot 9, said Block 2, and lying
between the westerly extension of the northerly and southerly lines of Lot 9, said Block
2.
