RESOLUTION % - 654
RELEASING SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR
TREE PRESERVATION
RICHARD BLOOM/GOLFVIEW WOODS (96056)
WHEREAS, on October 16, 1996 by City Council, approval was given for a Final Plat
and Development Contract for Richard Bloom/Golfview Woods Development and,
WHEREAS, the approval provided for compliance with Resolution 89-439 regarding a
Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the developer provided a Financial guarantee in the amount of $5,800.00
to secure execution of the Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the City Forester in a letter dated No -,ember 25, 1996 has certified the
development and he now recommends release of the remaining financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the relepkse of the Cash financial guarantee in the amount of $5,800.00, which was
submitted to guanuitee Tree Preservrtion for the Golfview Woods Development.
Adopted by the City Council on December 04, 1996.
