FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 205 BLACK OAKS NORTH (96162) WHEREAS, Richard Lang has requested approval of a Variance to allow a Shoreland Management setback of 18 feet for the construc 7 ion of a new single family dwelling and inground swimming pool, where 100 feet is required by the Zoning Ordinance; and, WHEREAS, the subject property is legally des::ribed as: That part of Government Lot 8, Section 32 'Township 118 North, Range 22 West of the 51 Principal Meridian, described as foll; ws: Commencing at a point in the South line of said Government Lot 8, distant 928.48 feet West of the Southeast corner of said Lot; thence North 0 degrees, 05 minutes, West 835 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract of land to be described; thence East parallel with the South line of said Lot 8 a distance of 204.6 feet; thence North 9 degrees 56 minutes East 43.2 feet; thence North 0 degrees, 52 minutes East 182.( feet to an intersection with a line drawn parallel with and 1060 feet North 0 degrees 05 minutes West from the South line of said Government Lot 8; thence West parallel with the South line of said Lot 8, a distance of 396 feet, more or less to the shore of G�eason Lake; thence Southerly along said shore line to an intersection with a line draw,i West from the actual point of beginning and parallel with the South line of said Lr; 8; thence East parallel with the South line of said Lot 8, to the actual point of beginning. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Steiner and Koppehman, Inc. for a Variance based on the fording that the Variance Standards have been met, subject to the following: 1. Placement of ;he proposed home at the required setback distance would create a hardship to the owner in that several mature maple trees would be destroyed. 2. The lccation of both the Proposed home and on-site sewage disposal system is setback further away from the lake than the former house and septic system which were removed. 3.
